MY APPROACH
I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, supportive and safe. My role is not to judge or “fix” you, but walk alongside you as we explore challenges and build meaningful change together. I strive to create a space where you feel heard, respected and lastly feel empowered. For my clinical approach I use Evidence-based practices (EBP) tailored to each clients unique needs, including: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution- Focused therapy, Insight Oriented Therapy, and Strength Based Therapy.
I believe change happens when clients feel safe, supported, and empowered in the therapeutic process.
